No movies that open into a new page.
No banners that look like thumbnails. Even if they are your free host's banners.
No blind links.
Thumbnails and movies must be on the same domain.
No mouseovers or image maps on thumbnails.
Movies must have sound and be atleast 30 seconds long.
No more than three outgoing links (not counting reciprocals or 2257).
